A Sand goanna is a kind of diurnal monitor lizard found in Australia. When fully grown, the average size they can be is 140 centimeters long. Animals smaller than it are usually eaten by the Sand goanna.

Food choices Edit

Sand goannas eat insects and lizards when they are young, but when they grow up they feed on mice, large insects, small agamids and geckoes, snakes, and carrion.
