The gold dust day gecko is a diurnal gecko that lives in northern Madagascar. They can grow to be 6-9 inches long. Females can lay up to 5 pairs of eggs, which will hatch after 20-25 days if they are kept at a certain temperature.

Gold dust day geckos eat some kinds of insects and other invertibrates, smaller lizards, some fruit, pollen, and nectar from flowers.
